Steve Niven -- President & Chief Operating Officer

 

     Mr. Niven is currently the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Western Region as well as a principal owner of Enunciate Conferencing. Enunciate Conferencing provides teleconferencing, webconferencing, and video conferencing solutions to businesses throughout North America.
     With 30 years of telecommunications experience, his career includes Executive VP and COO, AT&T Canada Payphone and various senior positions at TELUS, where he spent most of his career. His expertise includes company start-ups, alliance and partnership development, strategic planning, operations, human resources and public relations.His extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry encompasses product and service development, implementation and delivery, account management, and client relations. 
     Mr. Niven is very active in professional and community activities. He is involved in a variety of activities that include positions on various company boards and charity organizations. Mr. Niven speaks regularly on strategic partnership development and changes in the telecommunications industry throughout North America. 
     He is a graduate of Business Administration, British Columbia Institute of Technology.
 
Susan Niven
 
Susan Niven, CSP -- Vice President, Sales Initiatives:
 
In addition to running her own business as a speaker, trainer and L&D consultant for more than 15 years, Ms. Niven has also served as the Director of Human Resources for a prestigious hotel and as Director of Training & Development for an international chain of restaurants. She has served as a Director on a variety of boards including Unicef, The Administrative Management Society, and BC Summer Games; as well as having served as the Charter President of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
  
John Hawkins
 
John Hawkins -- Vice President, Communication Initiatives:
 
John Hawkins (MA Psychology, MBA) has spent 13 years with major corporations as a Human Resources Manager and, most recently, has spent 11 years working independently. John has offered his skills in "optimizing communication and human potential" to corporations in high-tech, sales, retail, manufacturing and hospitality industries.
 
Karen Aronoff  -- Vice President, Leadership Initiatives:
 
In 1988, Dr. Karen Aronoff (PsyD, MBA) began her consulting and executive coaching practice in Miami, Florida. In addition to her practice, Dr. Aronoff has 15 years of middle and upper level management experience in profit and non-profit organizations. She began her practice to help business people, professionals and private individuals gain skills and create strategies and action plans for success. Dr. Aronoff has had clients in for profit and non-profit business, industry, and government and also consults with private individuals.
