Mr. Niven is currently the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Western Region as well as a principal owner of Enunciate Conferencing. Enunciate Conferencing provides teleconferencing,
webconferencing, and video conferencing solutions to businesses throughout North America.

With 30 years of telecommunications experience, his career includes Executive VP and COO, AT&T Canada Payphone
and various senior positions at
TELUS, where he spent most of his career. His expertise includes company start-ups, alliance and partnership development, strategic planning, operations, human resources and public relations.His extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry encompasses product and service development, implementation and delivery, account management, and client relations.

Mr. Niven is very active in professional and community activities. He is involved in a variety of activities that include positions on various company boards and charity organizations. Mr. Niven speaks regularly on strategic partnership development and changes in the telecommunications industry throughout North America.

He is a graduate of Business Administration, British Columbia Institute of Technology.

| In addition to running her own business as a speaker, trainer and L&D consultant for more than 15 years, Ms. Niven has also served as the Director of Human Resources for a prestigious hotel and as Director of Training &
Development for an international chain of restaurants. She has served as a Director on a variety of
boards including
Unicef, The Administrative Management Society, and BC Summer Games; as well as having served as the Charter President of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
