| This program is designed for business and professional people from North America who are involved in work with non-North American clients or colleagues. By learning a framework for understanding the effect of culture on communication, participants can understand their own communication culture better, learn about the cultural norms of selected foreign cultures and develop a strategy for successful communication with their non-North American counterparts.
