| Training is the 'killer app' for teleconferencing & web conferencing in today's post-911 North America business environment. Most 'four walls' Learning & Development pros feel some resistance to this radically different work method, and/or a lack of confidence in their success as Teleclass Trainers. This certification program provides them with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to enable them to design and deliver effective training programs by teleconference - with or without web conferencing support … affecting your organization's need for just-in-time training and affecting your bottom line.

- How to develop content, in one hour modules, that will provide effective learning opportunities

- How to incorporate experiential activities during and between teleclasses· How to assess learning that is occurring and make on-the-spot modifications to the presentation to ensure that everyone 'gets it'
- How to handle difficult behaviors effectively
- How to provide 'extra help' to individuals without disrupting the flow of the class
- How to create a secure, positive, friendly learning environment when no one can see anyone else!

All topics above are role modeled during the teleclasses, in addition to the "lessons" we will cover. To complete certification, the participant will develop and conduct a teleclass monitored by a Momentum Learning Systems Certified Teleclass Trainer (CTT). After the class, a 1 hour coaching discussion is held - by telephone: the CTT provides specific feedback, asks questions, and makes a determination as to certification status. That decision will be based on technical knowledge, demonstrated skill, and also level of confidence in him/herself and in the process.
