| Description: |
| This workshop goes step-by-step into the development of effective work teams, with an emphasis on the management of sales professionals. Participants will practice using a model coaching conversation incorporating observation of team members at work, debriefing that observation and developing action plans to improve performance. The in-house workshop features highly interactive learning with roleplay exercises (alternative exercises will be provided in online and teleclass versions).

- Identify the difference between command and control management and developmental leadership, and commit to a program of developmental leadership for their teams.
- Use systematic observation to develop information about team performance.
- Hold a coaching conversation with team members one-on-one to identify strengths and challenges and get team member buy-in on the
assessment.
- Develop, implement and follow up on action plans for team member improvement.
