Your front-line staff - everyone who has direct contact with your customers - can be part of a valuable extension of your sales force. Those Customer Contact people often hear about additional needs and about ideas your customers have. This short but hard-hitting program provides tips, techniques and tactics for uncovering and verifying potential sales opportunities, and for getting that information quickly to the right person. 

Note: In order to implement a workable 'Everyone's In Sales' mode in your organization, a pre-session consulting process is required - to develop and agree upon the systems which will be implemented for facilitating the submission of sales leads and for providing recognition / reward to your new front line sales assistants.
