Steve Niven -- President & Chief Operating Officer
 
     Mr. Niven is currently the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Western Region as well as a principal owner of Enunciate Conferencing. Enunciate Conferencing provides teleconferencing, webconferencing, and video conferencing solutions to businesses throughout North America.
     With 30 years of telecommunications experience, his career includes Executive VP and COO, AT&T Canada Payphone and various senior positions at TELUS, where he spent most of his career. His expertise includes company start-ups, alliance and partnership development, strategic planning, operations, human resources and public relations.His extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry encompasses product and service development, implementation and delivery, account management, and client relations. 
     Mr. Niven is very active in professional and community activities. He is involved in a variety of activities that include positions on various company boards and charity organizations. Mr. Niven speaks regularly on strategic partnership development and changes in the telecommunications industry throughout North America. 
     He is a graduate of Business Administration, British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Susan Niven, CSP -- Vice President, Sales Initiatives:
 
     In addition to producing and hosting a television program for 2 seasons, Ms. Niven has also done on-air TV work as an interviewer and as a reporter. She has been a regular guest on a national television program, a frequent guest host on an internet-based TV and radio program, and has been interviewed on numerous radio programs produced by stations throughout North America. 
     Her articles have been published in many trade and industry publications, and several e-zines.

John Hawkins (MA Psychology, MBA) has spent more than 20 years working with corporations and non-profits to "optimize their communication and human potential". As a guest on several CBC radio programs, as well as being featured in the Globe and Mail national newspaper, John is known as a dynamic and entertaining communicator and is in demand as a Master of Ceremonies, keynote speaker and workshop trainer. 
 
Karen Aronoff  -- Vice President, Leadership Initiatives:
 
For five years, Dr. Karen Aronoff wrote a bimonthly column and monthly feature articles on interpersonal issues at work for the Miami Daily Business Review, a daily newspaper that served Miami, Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. As a result of this work, she was a guest on radio and television programs in the United States and Canada, and began her speaking career on related issues. She continues to write and speak on leadership skills and work-related social behavior and interpersonal skills and most recently published the booklet, "Defensive Dining: 128 Table Manners Tips."
