chapter of the Punahou Alumni Association, we have been
entrusted with information about you as alumni and your families
and friends. |

| How
we use and protect your information: |
| We use your information to provide you with
communications including, but not limited to, announcements and
updates on Punahou NorCal events and programs that might be of
interest to you. These may be through e-mail, web pages (whether
on the PunahouNorCal.com site or others), US Postal Service and
commercial delivery services, telephone, and other appropriate
means, whether currently existing or developed for use in the
future. |

| Under no
circumstances will we share your contact information with others
unless you have expressly agreed to do so (such as: being
listed in the Punahou NorCal Membership Directory; being
an event or volunteer coordinator; a mentor; or as an
acknowledgment for your volunteering contributions in an area of
your professional expertise). |

| Additionally, people not previously associated
with Punahou School may join Punahou NorCal as members, or may
attend events as guests of members and alumni. As a member or a
guest, your information will be held to the same levels of
strict confidence. |

| Requests
to contact alumni and others: |
| We receive requests from individuals, whether
associated with Punahou School, Punahou NorCal or not, wanting
to obtain contact
information for alums, Punahou NorCal members, or their family
or friends. We follow the privacy policy of Punahou School and the
Punahou Alumni Association. In such cases, we forward requests to the
alum or Punahou NorCal member.
The alum or member then has the option to reply to the individual
requesting
contact. If we do not have their contact information, and if
appropriate, we forward
the request to the Punahou Alumni Association.
