It took more than eight years for Lauren to venture outside of her club and participate in other leadership roles. She loved both the Area and Division Governor jobs and sought opportunities where she could learn more. 

Members in Founder’s District recognized her talents and enthusiasm and recommended a position that resulted in a lot of growth, Lt. Governor of Marketing! Over the next two years she earned both the “Excellence in Marketing” and “Excellence in Education and Training” awards. In 2002-2003 Lauren served as District Governor. She continues to be involved in District, Division, and Area activities, sharing what she has learned and always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow. 

By profession, Lauren is a Project Manager in Information Systems specializing in healthcare insurance. She helps her business partners be successful by working collaboratively to change systems and processes. She is currently working as a consultant for United Behavioral Health through Technical Connections, Inc. in Santa Ana. Lauren earned the prestigious title of Project Manager Professional, PMP. She is a graduate of National University, Vista, California. 

Lauren lives in Trabuco Canyon, Orange County, less than seven miles from World Headquarters. She spends her free time with her family. Caroline Wilson is her oldest daughter and the mother of three children. Caroline is a PhD in physical therapy. Tanya Griffiths is a stay-at-home mother of two beautiful girls. Besides providing taxi service to the girls, Tanya supports her husband with his international business. Brian Kelly has two talented children and is working toward a position as a fire department paramedic.
